We engage with Safe Havens in an effort to prepare our congregation to minister in situations of relationship violence, which includes domestic violence, date rape, and bullying. With the help of Safe Havens and members of St. Matthew’s who have participated in the program in the past, we continue to educate, advocate, and provide resources to the congregation so that we may be ready to respond.
