The New Year will have new challenges. And I need new attitudes to deal with them. To have attitudes, I need to drop old habits and develop new ones. Are you willing to be changed by God?
Jesus’ birth story is filled with God’s miracles. And today God wants to birth a miracle in and through you! What will you do to be God’s miracle-making partner?
The Christmas season should be a happy time for everybody. But, it is not. Especially for those who lost their beloved ones, for those who have their beloved ones in jails and prisons, for those whose beloved ones are critically ill, and for those who are suffered from various reasons, the Christmas season must be a blue time. So it could be a blue Christmas. What will you do to let those, who feel blue during this Christmas season, experience Jesus Christ’s presence?
Whose birthday is Christmas? Who is the main figure of this Christmas season? Does what you do during the season of Christmas display that Jesus Christ is the main figure of Christmas?
Christmas is not about the presents. It is about the presence of Jesus Christ. What are you doing to let the world experience the presence of Jesus Christ?
What is the focus of your Christmas tradition? The presents or the presence of Jesus Christ? Jesus Christ broke into our lives and showed us His life-giving power. God calls us to let those, who are “little jesus” living in unsafe and dangerous life conditions, experience the presence of Jesus Christ as we celebrate Christmas.
